  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    At this time, payment is taken via our website through our online app. We do not except cash or checks.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, all sales are final. If there are circumstances out of your control, please let us know.

  • Is there a recommended height and weight?

    Yes. If you are over 6’ 4” or your body weight is over 300#, there is a possibility the chair may not work for you. However, please contact us as there is not an exact height or weight that would not work.

  • Can I buy a gift card?

    Yes! You can purchase gift cards here. The details and amount will be emailed to the recipient.

  • Will there be someone to assist me?

    Yes. We will have a Pease Pods team member assist you every step of the way.
